Donate your sperm and earn cash!  To donate, you’ll need to be at least 18 but no older than 44.  You must apply, supply your family medical histories, and complete the application. You must pass the screening and may have to complete a profile.  Each clinic may vary in requirements.

• Receive an average of $75-125 for each sample that meets the requirements at Cryos
• Earn $100 or $500 per sample at The Sperm Bank of NY
• Earn $60 for every acceptable sample at Idant Laboratories
• Repro Lac Inc.
• Earn an initial $250 and up to $475 per month at Park Avenue Fertility
