Host a TV Show/Movie

Ever watch an episode of Law & Order and think to yourself, “That murder victim has a really nice apartment!”  Well, next time that could be you (not dead).

At any given moment, up to 70 film crews are working on public property throughout New York City. In addition to New York’s film studios that regularly host film and television projects, private homeowners may also make their property available to crews looking for a particular type of interior.

Sign up your home to host a film/tv show taping. Name your price and brag to your friends!

You can also list your location at CORE Group NYC.

Write a Book

You know you have always wanted to do it.  Now is your chance.  Write that memoir, record that awesome story, or professionally create a collection of your artwork and publish it yourself!  Make that coffee table book or give out bound personal inspirations as gifts. The sky’s the limit and now you have no excuses.

Blurb makes it simple and fairly cheap to do. You can control the look and feel.  Buy a hundred and sell them at local bookstores, on the conference circuit, or in any creative way possible for a profit.  You’re friends are going to be so jealous…
